Your data, in plain words.
This notice explains what Light Side collects through this website, why, who processes it, and the rights you have under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Who we are
Light Side (شركة الجانب المضيء للتسويق) is a brand and growth studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for the data you send through this site. For anything about your data, write to hello@lightside.sa.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form: your name, email, company, phone number, what you need and your message. Your name and email are needed so we can reply; the other fields are optional. With it we record the date and time, the page you sent it from, the language you used, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM).
If you email us instead, your message and email address reach our inbox on Zoho Mail. Like any website, our host also receives your IP address and browser details when you open a page or send the form.
This site runs no advertising pixels and no analytics that track visitors.
Why we collect it
To answer the request you sent us, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and follow up on it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who processes it
Our website and its form run on the servers of our hosting provider, Vercel. The form is received by a lead system run by our partner The Right Way, which files it in a Zoho CRM account and a backup Google Sheet that it administers for us alongside its own enquiries, and sends a notification email through Resend to the inbox its team runs.
These providers process the data on our behalf. Vercel, Google, Resend and Zoho Mail may process some of it outside Saudi Arabia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking or working with you, and up to 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete it from the CRM, the backup sheet and our email inboxes, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy of it, or have it deleted, and you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you. Write to hello@lightside.sa and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It remembers only your language and your light or dark theme, in your own browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with its date. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
