لايت سايد (شركة الجانب المضيء للتسويق) استوديو للعلامات التجارية والنمو مقره الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات التي ترسلها عبر هذا الموقع. لأي استفسار يخص بياناتك، راسلنا على hello@lightside.sa.Light Side (شركة الجانب المضيء للتسويق) is a brand and growth studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for the data you send through this site. ما نجمعهWhat we collect

ما تكتبه في نماذجنا: تطلب قائمة الإطلاق اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، ويطلب التقديم على الدفعة الأولى اسمك الكامل واسم مكتبك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك، ونبذة اختيارية عن مكتبك. ونسجّل مع كلٍّ منها تاريخ الإرسال ووقته، والصفحة التي أرسلته منها، واللغة التي استخدمتها، ووسوم الحملة في الرابط (UTM) إن وُجدت.What you type into our forms. The launch list asks for your name and email. A Cohort 01 application asks for your full name, firm name, email and mobile number, and an optional note about your firm. With each one we record the date and time, the page you sent it from, the language you used, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM).

وإذا راسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني بدلاً من ذلك، تصل رسالتك وعنوان بريدك إلى صندوق بريدنا على Zoho Mail. وكما هو الحال في أي موقع، يستقبل مزوّد الاستضافة عنوان IP لجهازك وبيانات متصفحك عند فتح الصفحات أو إرسال النموذج.If you email us instead, your message and email address reach our inbox on Zoho Mail. Like any website, our host also receives your IP address and browser details when you open a page or send a form.

لا نستخدم في هذا الموقع وحدات بكسل إعلانية ولا أدوات تحليل تتتبّع الزوار.This site runs no advertising pixels and no analytics that track visitors.

لماذا نجمعهWhy we collect it

للرد على الطلب الذي أرسلته إلينا، وإعداد عرض إن طلبته، ومتابعته معك، ولنرسل إليك خبر الإطلاق إن طلبته. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نضيفك إلى قوائم تسويقية دون موافقتك.To answer the request you sent us, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, follow up on it, and send you the launch news if you ask for it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

قائمة الإطلاقThe launch list

إن انضممت إلى قائمة الإطلاق، نستخدم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني لنرسل إليك خبر إطلاقنا في 1 يناير 2027 فقط. وأساس ذلك موافقتك التي تعطيها بتعليم خانة منفصلة عن زر الإرسال، وهي غير معلَّمة مسبقًا. ونسجّل موافقتك مع تاريخها ووقتها ولغتها.If you join the launch list, we use your name and email only to send you the news of our launch on 1 January 2027. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking a box that is separate from the submit button and never ticked in advance. We record your consent with its date, time and language.

نحتفظ بهذه البيانات حتى ستة أشهر بعد الإطلاق أو حتى تسحب موافقتك، أيّهما أقرب. ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بالرد على أي رسالة منّا بكلمة «إلغاء»، أو بمراسلتنا على hello@lightside.sa. أما طلبات التقديم على الدفعة الأولى فنستخدمها لدراسة الطلب والتواصل معك بشأنه فقط، ولا نضيفها إلى قائمة الإطلاق إلا إن علّمت الخانة المنفصلة لذلك.We keep these details until 6 months after the launch or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. You can withdraw at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any of our emails, or by writing to hello@lightside.sa. Cohort 01 applications are used only to review the application and contact you about it, and are added to the launch list only if you tick the separate box for that.

من يعالجهWho processes it

يعمل موقعنا ونماذجه على خوادم خدمة الاستضافة Vercel. ويستقبل النماذجَ نظامٌ لاستقبال الطلبات يديره شريكنا التشغيلي، فيحفظها في حساب على Zoho CRM وفي جدول احتياطي على Google Sheets يديرهما لصالحنا إلى جانب طلباته الخاصة، ويرسل إلى صندوق بريدنا إشعارًا بالطلب عبر خدمة Resend. ويرسل إليك Zoho CRM رسالة تأكيد باسم لايت سايد.Our website and its forms run on the servers of our hosting service, Vercel. The forms are received by a lead system run by our operations partner, which files them in a Zoho CRM account and a backup Google Sheet that it administers for us alongside its own enquiries, and sends a notice of each request to our inbox through Resend. Zoho CRM also sends you a confirmation email from Light Side.

تعالج هذه الخدمات البيانات نيابةً عنا، وقد تعالج Vercel وGoogle وResend وZoho بعضها خارج المملكة، ومن ذلك الولايات المتحدة.These services process the data on our behalf. Vercel, Google, Resend and Zoho may process some of it outside Saudi Arabia, including in the United States.

مدة الاحتفاظHow long we keep it

نحتفظ بالاستفسار طوال فترة تواصلنا أو عملنا معك، ولمدة أقصاها 24 شهرًا بعد آخر تواصل، ثم نحذفه من سجل العملاء والجدول الاحتياطي وصناديق البريد، ما لم يُلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به مدة أطول. ولقائمة الإطلاق مدتها الخاصة المذكورة أعلاه.For as long as we are talking or working with you, and up to 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete it from the CRM, the backup sheet and our email inboxes, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. The launch list has its own period, set out above.

حقوقكYour rights

يحق لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك لدينا، أو تصحيحها، أو الحصول على نسخة منها، أو حذفها، ويحق لك أن تطلب منا في أي وقت التوقف عن التواصل معك. راسلنا على hello@lightside.sa وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. وإن لم يُرضِك الرد، فلك أن تتقدم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy of it, or have it deleted, and you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you. Write to hello@lightside.sa and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

ملفات تعريف الارتباطCookies

لا يضع هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط. يحفظ في متصفحك فقط لغتك، وما إذا كان المشهد الافتتاحي قد عُرض في زيارتك الحالية، ولا شيء غير ذلك. تُحمَّل الخطوط من خدمة Google Fonts، لذا تتلقى Google عنوان IP لجهازك عند تحميل الصفحة.This site sets no cookies. It remembers only your language, and whether the opening scene has already played during this visit, in your own browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
